Yes — an initial visual assessment is free. A full written survey with moisture-meter readings and a formal report is available where a more detailed diagnosis is needed, priced according to the property and scope.
No, we don't offer basement waterproofing or tanking. If that's what your property needs, we'll tell you honestly during the survey and can point you toward a specialist.
We're based in Formby and cover Merseyside and West Lancashire, including Southport, Crosby, Liverpool, Ormskirk, Maghull and the surrounding towns. If you're unsure, just call.
Surveys are carried out personally to Federation of Damp Certified Surveyor (FODCS) standard. FODCS is City & Guilds Assured and CPD-certified training.
